Accommodations

There are three recommended options for accommodation: Dartmouth dorms, the Hanover Inn, or the Six South Street hotel.

Dormitories

The conference has reserved a block of on-campus dorm rooms. There are enough rooms that we expect every participant will have their own room—doubles will be available upon request, but this will not save money as the pricing is per person. Each block of four rooms shares a bathroom and a shower, and all rooms have air conditioning.

Reservation of a dorm room includes a meal plan at the campus dining hall. 53 Commons (or "FoCo", as the students call it) has a huge variety of high quality food options. The meal plan is a college requirement, and cannot be waived.

To stay in the dorms from Sunday to Saturday (6 nights) will cost $471. This includes meals, daily maid service, towels, and linens. Dorm rooms must be reserved by June 15

The Hanover Inn

The Hanover Inn is a hotel just on the edge of campus. We expect to have a small number of rooms available at a lower conference rate of $790 for 6 nights (Sunday to Saturday). We advise acting quickly, as there are only 15 rooms available. Rooms can only be booked at this rate through the conference registration page. Hotel rooms must be reserved by May 25

Six South Street

Six South Street is in downtown Hanover, a 5 minute walk from campus. There will not be a conference rate, but as of now (Feb 4), there are rooms available for around $196/night. As there are many summer events hosted by Dartmouth, we expect these rates won't last too long.
